Encouraging investments for the sake of creating new workplaces. In the parish there are labour force with the possibility of qualification.

Local problems

• Village roads: 5 km of road with the need of modernisation
• The bridge over the Almăşel valley needs a strong reparation for which we have the executive project. The bridge was finished in 2005.
• The streets of these settlements need maintenance and paving (15 km)
• Water supply: in the village Ciuhoi needs to be finished the drinking-water supply (the work began in 1998)
• Drinking-water supply of the villages Sfărnaş and Cenaloş
• Distribution of gas in the parish Ciuhoi

The tehnical equipment is represented by the electric current supply, the existence of the line telephone, the drinking-water supply, the waste management. The transportation of the trash happens in every two weeks, on a local level.
